Monte Carlo Night
Schoolwork getting you down? Relieved to be finally done with midterms just to realize that finals are creeping around the corner? You definitely should take a much needed study break. But if your local track is closed for the season, don't fret. PASE is having its annual Monte Carlo Night this Friday, March 13th at 7 PM in Aggie Square Lounge. There'll be lots of poker, Rock Band, and possibly some karaoke for all you true Filipinos out there. Of course, we will provide plenty of food to go around. Here's a recap of the details:

Photoshop Workshop and First Round Nominations
Want to learn how to use Photoshop? Already have it, but don't know what to do next? Well look no further and join PASE for a Photoshop workshop taught by none other than ANTHONY TADINA!
Don't have Photoshop? Don't Worry! Come join us in Hart 1102. There are 25 Macs each equipped with Photoshop, waiting for your creativity!
After the workshop enjoy some Filipino Breakfast cooked by our Food Chair! MmMmMmm! Also we will be having our first round nominations for our 2009-2010 PASE Board.
So again join us in Hart 1102 from 7:00pm-8:30pm on Wednesday March 4 for some Photoshop lessons by Anthony Tadina, some delicious and FREE Pilipino breakfast, and of course first round nominations!

Engineering Conference
Congratulations to PASE Board for hosting a very successful Engineering Conference! The conference hosted high school students from across the Woodland, Davis, Sacramento, and Vacaville areas. Sixteen students participated the conference, many of whom were accompanied by parents and other family members. If you missed out, check out the pictures of the event.

Unfortunately, tonight's GRE/EIT Workshop has cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. The good news is that it has been rescheduled to next week on Monday, February 9th. Need help with either of these two tests? Here's the skinny on what will be going down on monday:

Roller Coaster Design Workshop

This Thursday, January 22 @ 7 PM we will be playing in the Co-Rec C league, so come out if you can. On Sunday, January 25 @ 6 PM we will be competing in the women's league, so girls only.

Resume Workshop
Join us Thursday, January 8, @ 7:30PM, in Wellman 234 for our first meeting this quarter. Our very own PASE Alumni, Aaron Aņasco, an ETM/IE Team Lead from Intel, will be leading our resume workshop. Bring your resume, after the workshop Aaron and a representative from the graduate school career services will be reviewing resumes.
